David Eisbrouch has been in personal injury practice for over 35 years. Since founding Eisbrouch Marsh, LLC, he has dedicated his entire legal career to victims of all manner of negligence, from car accidents and slip and fall cases to pharmaceutical litigation and medical malpractice.

Eileen M. Marsh has been practicing commercial and real estate litigation for over 35 years. She was formerly with Fulbright & Jaworski in New York City before co-founding Eisbrouch Marsh, LLC in 1995. Ms. Marsh represents individuals and corporations in residential and commercial real estate.

David J. Panitz has been in litigation practice for over 25 years with a concentration in personal injury and commercial matters. Mr. Panitz is a trial and appellate attorney with extensive courtroom experience, with substantial verdicts for his clients, and a long-standing reputation as tenacious, vigorously advocating for his clients.
